I came by the shop today for an estimate to repair my Honda Odyssey seat and was surprised the great customer service that was given me. They talked about options that they could do to save me money. I can't wait for the repair to be done.

Guys did a great job. A service tech at another shop punctured my seat in the ventilated area. These guys knocked it out of the park replacing the leather. 10/10 recommend

Jeff is definitely a craftsman!the GX 460 seats were tearing apart. We ordered new leather covers. Jeff put them on for me. They are gorgeous. He pulled the seats out and reinstall them in one day. Got it back to me quick efficiently and for new leather seats in the vehicle. It was Money well spent!!

I have no hesitation making the drive of well over an hour to B&M Upholstery for their craftsmanship and great customer service. 1 took my 1983 Carpice Sedan in for a new headliner, sun visors, and sail panels, then returned quickly with my 1986 Caprice Coupe for the same treatment! When B&M sets a date for you to drop your vehicle off, they start working on it immediately. They have no interest in keeping your vehicle longer than the necessary time to complete the work needed, and they expect you to pick it up when it's ready. These guys are all about quality service! I highly recommend giving them a call for your vehicle interior needs! *****************UPDATE***************** As I continue my at home vehicle restorations, this continues to be the only place that I use for my headliners and auto glass! They recently replaced the windshield in my 1984 Caprice, and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality that I receive from this family local business!

Easy-easy! So refreshing to meet someone that says what they can do and then does exactly that. Quoted cost and scheduled work. Said it would be ready same day. Everything was done as promised. Very pleased with quality and price. Their shop is clean and well organized. Their staff all busy and obviously proud of their craftsmanship. I am very pleased to recommend this business.
